How to Make Peanut Butter Honey Treats (a no-bake candy)
By Gail Martin

My husband puttered around with the ingredients and came up with this no-bake candy. It’s really easy to make and can be changed to suit what you have on hand.

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions and things you’ll need:

* 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or quick oats
* 1/3 cup additional graham cracker crumbs for coating

Graham crackers: You can use graham cracker crumbs from the store, or make your own by crushing graham crackers. They come in a cinnamon flavored cracker too.

Combine the ingredients (powdered milk, peanut butter, honey, graham cracker crumbs) in a medium mixing bowl. Blend these together thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Roll the balls in additional graham crackers crumbs until they aren’t too sticky. For variation, you can roll them in powdered sugar, candy sprinkles, finely chopped nuts, or chocolate milk powder.

Place them on waxed paper or on a plate. They don’t last long around our house. We particularly like them rolled in the finely chopped black walnuts. We gather the walnuts from the tree in our yard.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
